3 cutting lines
These buildings are newly built or completely modernized in accordance with the latest laws and are absolutely free of asbestos cement roofing.
Our internal handling equipment system includes electric interior rail transport and 8 cranes capable of handling up to 35 tons.
Marcora S.p.A. currently has 3 lines with a maximum processing capacity of 3 mm thickness and 2100 mm width. Material from 3mm up to 6mm are produced from steel sourced from reputable international and domestic partners.
- 2 slitting lines for the production of strip widths from 12 mm to 2000 mm

Quality
Marcora S.p.A. is equipped with a Quality Management System (QMS) compliant with the standard UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 which explains in detail the quality policy and defines:
- the scope,
- the organization of the Company,
- responsibilities and competences,
- processes and their interactions,
- managerial responsibilities,
- the goals,
- the resources,
- the procedures set up for the System.
It constitutes the basic document for the application and continuous improvement aimed at excellence. The purpose of the QMS is aimed at demonstrating and guaranteeing the Organization’s ability to regularly supply products that fully meet the needs of customers.
