Aware of the strategic importance of the quality of its products and customer service, the protection of workers' health and safety, and the prevention of environmental pollution, the Management has implemented an Integrated Management System for Quality, Environment and Safety.

In particular, the Management considers quality, the health and safety of workers, and pollution prevention as priority and strategic elements for the achievement of the established objectives and believes that the smooth running of the Company and the satisfaction of customer needs, the improvement of environmental performance and health and safety depend on the precise identification, definition and effective management of the numerous interconnected processes that take place within the Company.

  • The Management therefore pursues the following general objectives:

  • ensure full and substantial compliance with applicable legislative requirements and contractual obligations entered into by the company with third parties, as well as continuous updating of mandatory regulatory developments; prevent and correct any dangerous situations by analysing causes and possible remedies, even in the case of minor incidents.
  • maintain and improve the level of customer satisfaction, retaining existing customers and seeking new ones;
  • improve profits, above all by reducing the costs of inefficiency and waste (activities that do not add value);
  • implement and maintain the IMS, pursuing its continuous improvement in terms of effectiveness;
  • identify and define the processes relevant to the IMS, their sequence and interconnections, promoting simplification and efficiency of operation and optimising results;
  • keeping pace with technological developments related to the sector, also with a view to identifying innovative technological and management solutions aimed at protecting health and safety, improving product/process performance and preventing pollution;
  • improve channels of communication with customers, suppliers, employees and all other interested third parties in order to better understand the level of mutual satisfaction and clearly establish one's ability to meet needs;

This Policy is the reference point for establishing and reviewing the objectives and targets of the IMS. It is communicated to internal staff and persons working on behalf of the Organisation and is made available to interested parties.
